Recollection of Mackinaw Trip - 2005

I've been searching for this sometime now; the pictures which we took back in the 2005 labor day weekend trip. I managed to get these from some of my old backups when I was cleaning my hard drive. We'd been to mackinaw island to a camping site where lake superior was a walk of about 100 ft down from this cliff. We shot some good pictures. Here are some of those.

Constellation at Manhattan, NY

May 19, 2007 was marked as a day of brilliance in the history of New York. This was the day when the Starz of DSCE glittered at one place. Picture below is a rare one where all the four( Ravi - Allan Donald of Tamil Tigers, Rajavel - Jonty of Tamil Tigers, Venky - HBO of DSCE, Sathya - MR DSCE of Tamil Gang) from DSCE came together after yonks.

Niagara - The Falls

NIAGARA - The Greatest falls in the west. The word by itself brings the splashing thunder in mind. Here is a glimpse of Niagara on the surface with a rainbow in a hazy niagara mist bridging the horseshoe falls. Caught during my recent my recent visit to Niagara on the day of 777.

Fireworks on the river front

Couple of weeks back this was shot at the fireworks that took place at the international river front. Firwworks lit up the darkened skies of Windsor, Ontario and Detroit, USA. Couldn't take eyes off those. Shot this one in the interim while enjoying it.

Almost anyone who came acorss my heading could make a correct guess of it. Your're right. It's New York that is where I'd been last week to meet my college mates. First time after a decade I met these guys all together. We shared some lighter moments. It was really fun. Shot some pics on the street and some from the sky. Jungle book

Nowadays I find some time to post some stuff frequently. This post of mine has got some good pictures of the detroit zoo. I'd been to the zoo last Sunday. My daughter who is turning 3 this August 21 was excited seeing those animals. She had a nice time there and was babbling all the time after she came back. This was the first time I saw tiger of such a size. No wonder the tiger was making such a big noise so the entire zoo could hear. I don't wanna spend more time writing this boring stories. Floating beauty

My first post after hibernating for a couple of months. I'd been to Holland,MI for the Tulips show. Unsurprsingly the number of tulips were out numbered by the indian faces I found there. Looking around to shoot a close shot of the Tulips corolla , I saw this bird fly past me to land on a nearby pond. This caught my eyes to have a snap at it. Caught this one from my S2 IS when I noticed that was a beautiful white swan that just landed its foot on the water. Though not the greatest of some good photos found in squarevision , I thought this was a cynosure at that moment. Here you go........
